Silver Stars, volunteers, here to help you in your relocation efforts

Triple Crown Hometowns Silvers Stars are retired citizens in the community who volunteer their services as ambassadors to retirees seeking a relocation destination.

They provide tours, answer questions and concerns, and become a liaison between prospective newcomers and Triple Crown Hometowns Retirement Development Partnership.

Conduct Housewarmings

Once retirees have relocated to South Georgia, Silver Stars get together for housewarming gatherings. A social meet and greet, where Silver Stars provide Southern Hospitality welcoming each retiree newcomers to their community. They help newcomers get settled and then help to get them involved in various activities and organizations.

Host Events

Triple Crown Hometowns holds a special event each quarter to welcome retiree newcomers. Events are hosted by Triple Crown Hometowns Silver Stars and Sponsors and are held at different locations in an effort to showcase an amenity in our community

Silver stars are a significant and vital part of our organization. Without their support, the volunteering of their time and talents, we would be unable to provide our visitors and newcomers the individual attention of a warm welcome and our Southern hospitality as you get settled into the community.
